Integrity Management Policy
Based on the business philosophy of integrity, transparency and responsibility, Etron has formulated and established policies based on integrity, and established a good corporate governance and risk control mechanism, so that the management team and the company can abide by laws and regulations in business operations, and there must be no acts that violate integrity to create a business environment with sustainable development.
Implementation Unit
Etron has designated the Legal and Intellectual Property Department as the unit responsible for promoting integrity management. It is responsible for formulating the integrity management policy and prevention programs and supervising their implementation.

The Company also periodically tracks regulatory developments and ensures full compliance through physical and digital courses. - Whistleblowing System:
Establishing an open and independent reporting channel on Etron official website. The legal unit convenes an investigation group and strictly enforces confidentiality and non-retaliation mechanisms to protect the rights of whistleblowers. - Business Cooperation and Risk Control:
Transaction contracts include integrity clauses, requiring immediate reporting of improper benefits and reserving the right to terminate. The Company also implements fair competition, antitrust, and environmental, safety, and health (ESH) management mechanisms, periodically reviewing product lifecycle compliance to manage potential risks in advance.
