Based on the business philosophy of integrity, transparency and responsibility, Etron has formulated and established policies based on integrity, and established a good corporate governance and risk control mechanism, so that the management team and the company can abide by laws and regulations in business operations, and there must be no acts that violate integrity to create a business environment with sustainable development.

Education and Training Implementation
In December 2023, we conducted a 3-hour training session on integrity management, focusing on sustainable development awareness. The training covered topics such as legal compliance, principles of integrity management, case studies, trends in anti-corruption, human rights issues and developments, as well as environmental issues and responses to achieving net-zero emissions. A total of 264 participants successfully completed the training.
