Superior Quality and Reliability
DDR SDRAM, also called Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory, differs from SDR (Single Data Rate) which can only be read and written once in a single cycle. DDR (Double Data Rate) means that a single cycle can be read or written two times. Under the condition that the core clock remains unchanged, the data transfer speed is doubled, so that the DDR SDRAM doubles the system clock and data can be transferred on both the rising and falling edges.
Etron offers a complete range of DDR SDRAM memory solutions, with product capacities ranging from 16Mb to 1Gb.
