Sustainable Supplier Management
Etron values long-term cooperation with its suppliers and extends the scope of sustainable supply chain management to corporate social responsibilities, including economy and governance, environmental protection, and social prosperity. Key elements such as labor rights, environmental protection, safety and health, ethics, and management systems are integrated into the selection and auditing criteria for key suppliers. This enables us to establish risk control items and identify high-risk suppliers. Based on assessment results, we formulate improvement measures and assist suppliers in continuous advancement. We aim to enhance the effectiveness of sustainable supply chain management, reduce operational risks, and build partnerships for sustainable growth. Furthermore, we increase supply flexibility, shorten new product development time, and reduce production costs through localized procurement, with the goal of lowering carbon emissions throughout the supply chain transportation process.

Conflict Minerals Management Policy
Upholding the principles of corporate social responsibility and human rights protection, Etron continuously monitors conflict mineral issues. We commit to not using conflict minerals—including tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), gold (Au), and cobalt (Co)—sourced from conflict areas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries controlled by armed groups.
The Company supports the “Responsible Sourcing of Minerals” principle under the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct. In accordance with the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP), we require suppliers to disclose relevant metal sources and smelter information, and clearly communicate our policy prohibiting the use of conflict minerals to ensure that the supply chain complies with ethical procurement principles. A conflict minerals due diligence (CMRT/EMRT) is conducted at least once a year. The implementation results of conflict minerals management in 2025 are as follows:
