The Company’s dividend policy,  as stipulated in its Articles of Incorporation, is formulated based on its mid- and long-term operating plans, investment plans, capital budgeting and changes in internal and external circumstances, while taking into consideration the interests of shareholders. The Board of Directors shall draft the distribution proposal and submit it to the shareholders’ meeting. In addition to the distribution of earnings in accordance with relevant laws and the Articles of Incorporation, the cash dividend payout ratio for the year shall not be less than 5% of the total dividends distributed to shareholders.

To support environmental protection, our company offers the option to receive dividend notifications electronically. We encourage all shareholders to participate in this initiative to reduce deforestation and the carbon footprint associated with sending paper notices.
