For Etron Technology, the core of sustainable corporate management lies in talent development. Only when all employees continuously learn, enhance their capabilities, and apply acquired knowledge and skills in their professional fields can the company maintain innovation in R&D and adapt to global industry changes and challenges. Training is a key way to ensure continuous growth of human capital. Therefore, Etron Technology provides comprehensive training programs and rich resources for employees and management through seven major course modules, helping employees grow and improve continuously.
Etron Technology’s talent development and learning strategy is based on on-the-job training, combined with onboarding training, functional professional training, and training for governance unit managers to establish a complete education and training system. Departments can formulate annual training plans according to their objectives and functional needs, implementing training goals to enhance professional capabilities and improve employees’ workplace competitiveness.
During onboarding, new employees receive explanations on company rules and occupational safety knowledge from designated personnel, followed by job-specific training from their departments. Through internal knowledge transfer, employees gain experience and guidance for planning their career development paths, serving as an important reference for personal career planning.

Specialized Training Programs
Etron Technology develops talent through core themes including R&D innovation, business development, managerial competency, and corporate sustainability. This is achieved through internal/external training, expert lectures, and industry–academia collaboration.
Training programs cover R&D and process technology, advanced packaging, patent courses, and VLSI symposiums to capture the latest technology trends. Business-related programs include global industry trends, geopolitical outlooks, and the “Connecting India” lecture series.
Management capability development includes manager meetings and leadership courses, complemented by ongoing corporate sustainability courses to strengthen governance and sustainability principles.

Performance Appraisal System
Etron Technology has established a fair and transparent “Performance Management Policy”, using consistent performance appraisals and incentive rewards to evaluate employee performance fairly. Performance results serve as important references for job assignment, promotion, salary adjustment, bonus and stock distribution, training, and work improvement, and also help drive company, department, and individual goals, supporting employee career development.
Performance appraisals are conducted twice a year, in June and December. Evaluation items include work attitude, specific work outcomes, cross-department collaboration results, and specific suggestions, and reviews are conducted on annual and mid-year goal achievement to provide a basis for the overall rating.
