Talent Development Strategy
For Etron Technology, the core of corporate sustainability lies in talent cultivation. Only when all employees continuously learn, optimize their abilities, and apply their knowledge and skills to various professional fields can the company maintain its momentum in innovative R&D and respond to global industrial changes and challenges. Education and training are vital for ensuring the continuous appreciation of human capital. Therefore, Etron provides comprehensive training programs and abundant resources for employees and management through Seven Major Curriculum Modules.
Our talent cultivation and learning development strategy is based on On-the-Job Training (OJT), integrated with orientation for new hires, professional competency training, and executive management training. Each department formulates and implements annual training plans based on functional needs to enrich professional skills and enhance workplace competitiveness.
When new employees report for duty, specialists explain company regulations and occupational safety. This is followed by job-specific training within their departments, accumulating experience through internal mentorship to help employees plan their career development paths as a key basis for individual career planning.

The company provides diverse internal and external learning channels, enabling employees to acquire the knowledge they need and apply it in practice. Specialized Training Programs
Etron Technology develops talent through core themes including R&D innovation, business development, managerial competency, and corporate sustainability. This is achieved through internal/external training, expert lectures, and industry–academia collaboration.
Training programs cover R&D and process technology, advanced packaging, patent courses, and VLSI symposiums to capture the latest technology trends. Business-related programs include global industry trends, geopolitical outlooks, and the “Connecting India” lecture series.
Management capability development includes manager meetings and leadership courses, complemented by ongoing corporate sustainability courses to strengthen governance and sustainability principles.

Performance Appraisal System
Etron Technology has established a fair and transparent “Performance Management Policy”, using consistent performance appraisals and incentive rewards to evaluate employee performance fairly. Performance results serve as important references for job assignment, promotion, salary adjustment, bonus and stock distribution, training, and work improvement, and also help drive company, department, and individual goals, supporting employee career development.
Performance appraisals are conducted twice a year, in June and December. Evaluation items include work attitude, specific work outcomes, cross-department collaboration results, and specific suggestions, and reviews are conducted on annual and mid-year goal achievement to provide a basis for the overall rating.
