KOOLDRAMTM solves a long-standing situation data access efficiency loss (Efficiency Loss) that traditional DRAM usually faces in a high-temperature environment. Etron’s RPC DRAM is currently the most miniature DRAM product that can support high bandwidth. It is an excellent solution for customers facing challenges in size, cost, and power consumption. It has also passed the international automotive certification standard (AEC-Q100 Level 2).
While Etron’s latest innovative DRAM – KOOLDRAMTM – is a product developed by seeing the physical limitations of traditional DRAM products, and by flipping the DRAM circuit design, it can finally significantly extend the storage time of DRAM data by the definition of the JEDEC standard (Retention Time) and improve the overall performance of DRAM, especially suitable for high-temperature applications.
Etron Technology’s complete line of specialty DRAM products includes SDR, DDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR4, LP DDR2, LP DDR4 SDRAM and SPI NAND which provide densities ranging from 16Mb to 8Gb, several I/O bits from 4 to 64 bits.
