Hazardous Substance Management Policy
Etron ensures that its products comply with global environmental regulations, such as the EU RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals), WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive), and other green product requirements from customers. We have established a cross-departmental “Restricted Hazardous Substances Management Team” to participate in and control processes across design, procurement, production, and sales. Furthermore, we require suppliers and subcontractors to integrate green product requirements into their management systems and sign Environmental Protection Declarations. Through mutual cooperation, we are committed to providing raw materials and products free of hazardous substances, ensuring the fulfillment of environmental responsibilities.
Management Measures
- Establishment of the《Environmental Banned and Restricted Used Substances Management Procedure》as the guideline for hazardous substance management.
- Requirement for suppliers to sign the “Declaration of Environmental Protection Statement” to fully comply with international regulations such as the RoHS and REACH, as well as customer requirements for halogen-free products.
- Regular review of substance test reports and management of ICP reports within Etron’s Hazardous Substances Management, requiring suppliers to provide annual updates.
- Implementation of green product management audits for suppliers to ensure management requirements are strictly enforced.
2025 Achievement: There were Zero incidents of violation regarding green product regulations or customer agreements.

Circular Economy Perspective
To develop products aligned with global trends (such as energy saving, carbon reduction, and recyclability) and to ensure human health and safety, Etron earns customer trust by integrating circular economy concepts throughout the product lifecycle. During the initial design stage, beyond ensuring that functionality and value-added features meet user needs, our R&D team prioritizes environmental stewardship. Across every stage—including raw material procurement, manufacturing, transportation and distribution, consumer use, and end-of-life disposal or recycling—we place “environmental friendliness” at the core of our design to minimize the negative impact on the environment.
